chunga
palm

which
grow
in the
Darien
rain
forest
of
Panama.The
fibers
of the
natural
plant

of the
finer
chunga
palm
are
used
as the
sewing
material
. The
color
pigments
are
derived
from the
Earth
and
various
plants
.

piece

is

result
of

hours
of
labor

artist's
